Our Promise to You
Stability care services & accommodation will ensure to conduct a service with professionally trained workers, equipped to deal with relevant situations. The management team must ensure that they are able to efficiently meet the duties of the team, such as NDIS knowledge, services and feedback from participants and workers.
To ensure that the performance and abilities of the CEO/Director and Management are continuing to improve and develop, performance reviews will be conducted by the management team (or external source if no team). If there is a Management team, they must also have their performance reviewed; this can be done by the CEO/Director or external source. This limits the possibility of corruption within the business and allows for authority improvement and development.
